Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil OR Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in utilities maintenance and team leading.
Duties
- Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the maintenance department.
- Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
- Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
- Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.
- Control and monitor inventory.
- Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
- Display good organization and time management, prioritize duties and successfully complete duties on time.
- Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings and grounds are kept up
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
- Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff
- Follow purchasing and material control guidelines.
- Be able to recognize and refrain from divulging any confidential matters
