Duties and Other IT experience:
- Installing configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP (Windows Server2012 R2).
- Designing and implementing group policies and system policies.
- Creating and maintaining user accounts.
- Installing and configuring SQL Server.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software queries.
- Setting up network printers, creating e-mail accounts, installing extra hardware where required.
- Proven experience in SQL server database
- Prepare user manuals.
- Prepare technical documentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or any relevant field
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Technological knowledge
- ERP Knowledge
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Technological Skill
