Branch Manager
Main Duties:
- Manage and control Operation and Sales activities of the Branch
- Set the workflow and define clear standard operating procedure for the local operations processes.
- Constantly looking at improving branch staff performance and looking at means of enhancing individual performance.
- Nurture and develop on-going relationships with existing customers, networks and shipping lines
- Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues.
- Work on developing business in order to increase market share within Jordan
- Achieve Branch sales target and manage the Profit/Loss
- Set and Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational documents
Requirement:
- Min 5 years of successful business management experience in the freight industry
- Ability and experience in Empowering and developing others
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Problem analysis and decision making skills
- Experience in Stress management
- Thorough understanding of the market and competitors
