Grant Management Assistant 
Jordan Paramedic Society is as local, not-for-profit, NGO founded in Jordan in 2012 on the basis of serving, supporting, and motivating the
surrounding community and the MENA region. 
JPS aims to provide high quality healthcare to the
disadvantaged and the vulnerable as well as spread
awareness on healthy living and disease prevention.

To qualify for this position, you will need:
ROLE SUMMARY
Grants Management Assistant will provide grant management, business development, and reporting support to the Grants Unit, which oversees JPS. The Grants Manager will work closely with program staff, finance and operations to ensure quality management of emergency and recovery programs in the portfolio. The Grants Management Assistant is expected to work closely with the medical team to ensure that reports are developed and submitted in compliance with donor priorities and requirements; and submitted on a timely basis. Likewise, the Grants Manager will work with the Partnership Unit as it affects subaward management, proposal development, and donor reporting.

 
Support the development of high-quality proposals and budgets that are relevant to JPS Strategic Action Plan and include input from key stakeholders (finance, operations, programs, partners, etc.).
Contribute to all aspects of the proposal development process – including compilation/editing of the technical narrative, development of budgets and budget narratives, drafting of required annexes, etc
Submit high quality donor reports, narrative and financial, on a timely basis according to JPS and donor regulations. Ensure all required documents are included, complete, correct and approved by the respective Program Coordinator/s and management.

 Qualifications: 
Master's Degree a plus, preferably in social studies, Medical field with medical background or any related field.
Relevant Experience:
For Master degree holders we need 2 years’ experience as a must and for Bachelor’s degree holders we need 5 years’ experience as a must.
At least 02 years working experience in Grant Management Assistant Field, preferably in large government or non-government organizations is required.
Skills:
Excellent writing skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
