HR Officer
Job description:
- Conduct new employees’ orientation and inform them about job descriptions, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions.
- Follow up employee training and development.
- Follow up employee evaluation.
- Prepare and maintain employment records such as hiring, termination, Leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Interpreting and advising on employment law for the employee.
- Dealing with disciplinary procedure.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, organizational charts, polices, procedures, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms with the HR Manager.
Skills:
- Personnel Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong personality.
- Good knowledge of HR programs.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in HR.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Good in English.
