Executive Secretary
An Arab NGO is seeking to hire an experienced person for the role of Executive Secretary and Assistant to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails.
  • Prepare internal and external documents for the CEO.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Must be a bachelor's degree holder (Business related).
  • Must be discrete and trustworthy.
  • Must have 2-3 years minimum experience.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have perfect organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Must have the ability to be proactive and takes the initiative.
  • Must be very presentable always.
