SAMA Telecom is looking to hire a System Administrator in order to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
- Train end-users how to setup and use our platform.
- Backup and restore an organization's data files and systems.
- Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
- Remote IT help desk technicians provide technical support over the phone or Web.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technolog
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good experience in SQL and IIS
- Minimum 2 years experience
