Digital Channels Growth Hacker

1.    Job purpose


Responsible for developing new marketing growth programs, testing and executing these programs. Focusing on creating work processes that can be routinely tested with measurable results. Also overseeing all technical components of marketing campaigns.


Collaborating with marketing and product personnel on promotional strategies and influencer marketing, overseeing Umniah's digital channels and automation systems, and evaluating digital channels traffic and other data to better understand customer engagement and conversion rates.


Utilizing digital marketing strategies, such as PPC or SEO, to maintain and increase an Umniah's digital customer base and create and optimize ways to enhance the customer experience through scaling hyper-growth platforms, such as business-to-business or business-to-business-to-consumer.




2.    The job entails exposure to: 


Building and utilizing digital customers' profiles.
  • Developing storyboards for each user journey for each digital channel 
  • Building Hashtags within Umniah digital channels.
  • Using Umniah brand guidelines for all contents
  • Coordinating with the Communication team for approvals
Managing customers’ life cycle through digital channels. 
  • Initiating projects and tasks to transform all products and services texts and details into graphical presentation
  • Preparing for meetings with Product Owners
  • Following up with product owners until creation of content
  • Initiating projects and tasks to transform all products and services texts and details into graphical presentation
Following up on daily basis the digital KPIs (Online Payments, Digital Subs).
  • Following Umniah guidelines across all channels
  • Following up with concerned teams to use developed digital contents
  • Performing monthly reviews for contents over all digital channels
Building Weekly and Monthly plans to engage with customers.
  • Following Umniah’s strategy to build contents
  • Building a unified repository for all contents and share it among the company
Use latest tools and platforms to monitor user behaviors over Mobile Apps.
  • Developing and building relevant dashboards for KPIs and metrics
  • Reporting on Weekly basis results and findings
  • Supporting data analysis team in building the appropriate data model for digital subscriptions
  • Cooperating with IT team to generate the right reports
  • Working as system administrator for external platforms for reporting and analysis
  • Providing the right decision for digital subscription, and how to improve the experience
  • Working as a UX expert with Mobile Apps developer

3.   Requirements


Education:   Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related fields.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience


Knowledge of:
    • Product/Service Management: Customer Service and insights about
    • Excellent technical abilities are one of the most important assets for growth hackers.
    • Relevant technical skills or knowledge include coding skills, Google Analytics, search engine optimization, and SQL queries.
    • Growth hackers should have strong communication skills in order to interface with customers and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Effective project management abilities in order to successfully oversee multiple business initiatives.


Skills in:
  • Excellent command of English language speaking and writing
  • Excellent command of MS office applications
  • Creativity and openness for innovation and capability to implement best practices.
