Internal Auditor
The Internal Auditor is a member of the Internal Audit Department Team. He/She is responsible for carrying out audit activities in all regions where FINCA Jordan operates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Audit the activities of various departments for compliance with plans, policies, and procedures prescribed by FINCA management and/or external agencies. Ensure Risk Control Matrix is completed effectively and document the activities within the department to determine strengths and weaknesses.
- Perform planned audits at the direction of the Senior Internal Auditor.
- Assist the Senior Internal Auditor/Internal Audit Manager in the maintenance of a comprehensive risk assessment model.
- At least 1 year experience of professional accounting or auditing experience.
- Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or business management
- Good Command of English
- Car is a must.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and mathematical skills.
- Exposure to banking or micro-credit.
- Computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Team oriented
- High energy, self-starter with strong drive for results.
