مطلوب إداري/ة أنظمة System Administrator للعمل لدى شركة اتصالات كبرى
– Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
– Train end-users how to setup and use our platform.
– Backup and restore an organization’s data files and systems.
– Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
– Remote IT help desk technicians provide technical support over the phone or Web.
– Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
– Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
– Testing new technology
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Good experience in SQL and IIS
– Minimum 2 years experience
