tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit a “Junior Technical Support Officer” with the following responsibilities:
- Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
- Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
- Handling call center & networking problems.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related field.
- CCNA Certified or Level of knowledge.
- Basic knowledge operating system.
- Basic knowledge computer hardware.
- Basic knowledge in database and web app (my sql, java script, html).
- Very Good communication skills.
- Very good in reading & writing English language.
- Can work under pressure.
