 Marketing Executive:

 Qualifications: 

  •  3 - 5 years experiences in Real Estate marketing Filed..
  •  Good knowledge in real estate development environment.
  •  Very good in formal correspondences.
  •  Presentations handling and coordination skills. 
  •  Excellent internet browsing and research capabilities.
  •  Excellent English both spoken and written.
  •  Excellent use of Microsoft office products.
  •  Presentable/ initiative/ organize/ has good planning skills 

      Job Responsibilities:

  • Work toward market Development and building a brand value.
  • Adequate knowledge and Market Research in real estate to acquire the niche market.
  • Product Development.
  • Strategic Marketing Planning.
  • Promotions and Campaigns.
  • Budget Development.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Should be able to understand Customer needs.
  • Assessment on market survey to obtain sales.
