Senior Project Manager
A leading company in Amman looking to hire Senior Project Manager (Female) with the following Responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through commercialization, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing frequent contact on project status and changes
- Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
Requirements:
- Proven negotiation, issue resolution and team building skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues, including those related to timing, resources and funding, to prevent delays in project milestones.
- Excellence in communication, stakeholder management, facilitating and managing meetings.
- Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in medical devices – Imaging devices
- Able to travel outside Jordan Especially to IRAQ ,
