A leading microfinance institution is currently looking to fill the following job vacancy:
Risk Management Officer
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determine and manage the risk events which can influence the subsidiary.
- Control and maintain the permissible risk level.
- Perform regular analysis of operational risks management including loan portfolio analysis and prepare the gap analysis reports.
- Develop the context, methodology identification, and analysis of risk management system in the subsidiary.
- Train employees in the field of risk management, and support developing the culture of risk management in the subsidiary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Native Arabic, Good level of English language
- Very Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Knowledge of risk-management practices and law and regulations in the banking and microfinance sectors. .
- Ability to prepare risk reports.
- Ability to identify and analyze risk types, measure them and prepare different risk reports.
- Strong knowledge of Operational risks.
