Deloitte Consulting LLP is implementing USAID's Jordan Fiscal Reform and Public Financial Management project (FRPFM). Deloitte Consulting, LLP is seeking qualified consultant to build the capacity of the Ministry of Finance to address the challenges with implementing International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), accrual accounting and related activities.
All candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Recognized accounting qualifications
- Expert experience with International Public Sector Accounting Standards
- Fluent Arabic and English (oral and written)
- Advanced degree and at least 7 years of experience in the relevant area of expertise
