A reputable corporation based in Aqaba/Jordan is looking for highly qualified candidates for the following vacancies
1. Civil Engineer (ref. 1)
Yearly contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow up the construction, rehabilitation and refurbishment of projects.
- Draft different types of request for proposals and scope of work.
- Review weekly and monthly contractor's/operators reports.
- Manage & follow up projects deliverables and handing over.
- Prepare technical evaluation reports related to projects
- Contribute in technical committees during projects handing over.
- Help generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
- Perform quality assurance/control of projects need during construction & operation.
- Participate in preparing different TOR's, RFB's, contracts, and other tender documents for the construction and supervision
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- BA. in civil engineering
- 5 years of experience in relevant fields
- Proven knowledge and experience in contract management of both construction and supervision
- Competent in communicating (written & oral) in English language.
- Good working knowledge in AutoCAD software.
- knowledge in FIDIC forms of contracts (white, red, silver
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
2. Interior designer (ref. 2)
Yearly contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed designs using computer design software's for all design stages.
- Setting schedules for the project implementation
- Supervise work on site
- Undertaking design project from concept to completion
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- B.A. in Interior Architecture
- More than 3-year experience in related fields
- Proficient in AutoCAD, sketch up and Photoshop
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
3. Project Implementation Engineer (ref. 3)
Yearly contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and Follow up on different construction projects as the owner's representative.
- Supervise the performance of the contractors and consultants.
- Audit invoices submitted by contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Participate in preparing different TOR's, RFB's, contracts, and other tender documents for the construction and supervision.
- Track milestones and timelines for construction projects to ensure the on-time completion.
- Prepare technical reports and minutes of meetings in both Arabic and English languages.
- Other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- BA in civil engineering
- 2 years' experience in related fields
- Proven knowledge and experience in contract management of both construction and supervision
- Good working knowledge in AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
