Customer Service Representative

  • Job requirements:
  1. (1-3) years of experience in the same field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent English command.
  4. V.good computer skills.
  5. Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
  6. Ability to work with a different working shift.
  7. Bachelor’s degree is a Must.​
  • Job description:
  1. Serving customers by replying on emails or over social media channels, telephone calls.
  2. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  3. Build customers’ interest in the services and products offered by the company.
  4. Provide personalized customer service of the highest level assuring prompt and accurate responds to be provided on their inquiries.
  5. Follow up on shipments with Aramex and DHL and ensure their delivery to customers on as a daily routine
  6.  Follow up the calls of the customers with clerical duties which includes emailing and liaising with other departments.
  7. Other assigned tasks by the customer service supervisors & manager.
