Customer Service Representative
- (1-3) years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English command.
- V.good computer skills.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work with a different working shift.
- Bachelor’s degree is a Must.
- Serving customers by replying on emails or over social media channels, telephone calls.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring
answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating
unresolved problems
- Build customers’ interest in the services and products offered by the company.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level assuring
prompt and accurate responds to be provided on their inquiries.
- Follow up on shipments with Aramex and DHL and ensure their delivery to customers on as a daily routine
- Follow up the calls of the customers with clerical duties which includes emailing and liaising with other departments.
- Other assigned tasks by the customer service supervisors & manager.
