The Health Care Accreditation Council is not for profit organization based in Jordan, established to drive the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of health care facilities, services and programs, and foster patient-centered care through developing internationally accepted standards, capacity building and awarding accreditation in partnership with local and regional stakeholders.
The Health Care Accreditation Council is seeking qualified candidates to fill multiple positions for the 3-year USAID-funded Al Bashir Hospital Preparation for Accreditation Project. Position Title: Training and consultation officer with fluency in English and Arabic
Job Summary: The incumbent will be providing education, technical assistance, and consultation services to assist the hospital in improving care by meeting HCAC standards. S/He will be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering the said activities, train all levels of healthcare staff in skills needed to build quality management systems and implement HCAC standards as well as prepare written regular progress reports.
Qualifications: University degree in health-related field required, (Master Degree is a plus) with 4 — 5 years' experience in healthcare preferably in hospitals, with knowledge of health care standards, accreditation processes, quality improvement methodology, and adult learning principles and participatory training approaches.
Position Title: Infection prevention and environmental safety officer with fluency in English and Arabic
Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering capacity building programs for infection prevention and environmental safety including developing curriculum objectives, content, educational materials. S/He will provide consultation and technical assistance to the hospital in designing and building its infection control program, implementing the infection prevention requirements and environmental safety standards while training all levels of healthcare staff in the needed skills as well as prepare written regular progress reports
Qualifications:
University degree in health-related field required, Master Degree is preferable
4 - 5 years experience in infection prevention and environmental safety in hospitals, knowledge of health care standards, accreditation processes, quality improvement methodology, and adult learning principles and participatory training approaches.
Position Title: Monitoring and evaluation officer with fluency in English and Arabic
Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for the monitoring of project activities and ensuring that the project maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in an accountable, cost effective and timely manner. S/He will design the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning activities including the logic framework and following all required tools. The officer will be in charge of data collection, anal sis and reporting
Qualifications: University degree in Economics, Business 
Administration, Industrial Engineering or any other related field; (Master's degree a plus) with at least Five years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation in USAID or other donor-funded programs.
Position Title: Administrative Coordinator with fluency in English and Arabic
Job Summary: The incumbent is responsible to provide all administrative, communication and content support to the project director and undertake administrative functions to ensure that the project operations are carried out effectively and efficiently including secretarial services, correspondence, interoffice circulations, reports, Power Point presentations, general briefing notes, and minutes of meetings while managing the calendar and arranging schedules, screening and responding to all incoming and outgoing calls and mail, receiving guests, and maintaining hard and electronic filing system and databases, S/He will be responsible for events arrangements and logistics as well
Qualifications: University Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position in USAID or other donor-funded programs
