Repzo, is looking for Customer service officer with the following qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service and administration or similar service environment
• Bachelor Degree in business Management or any relevant field.
• Competency in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook; competency in CRM systems is advantageous. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adjust readily to pressures and changes in the work environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Generate sales leads.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
