Job Summary
We are now looking for Project Admin who will be
responsible to execute business in the applicable tools in compliance
with Ericsson’s processes and directives. This includes following up
with different accounts to consolidate financial & project status
information into a unified presentation or plan. Follow ups skills with
Digital service account heads on open action points & consolidate
priority actions at the organization level.
Responsibilities
- Support Digital Services team and assigned Project tasks in planning and scheduling
- Secure that operational plans and financial plans are in sync
- Support in analysis & reporting
- Working on Excel & PowerPoint
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Academic degree, Associate or Bachelors
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience strongly with Excel & PowerPoint skills
- The Project Planner role requires both theoretical knowledge and understanding through experience projects.
- Organization & follow-up skills
- The Project Planner is required to have knowledge of the project planning tool used in the project, reporting capabilities to consolidate project data from different sources and produce complex project reports.
- Fluency in English is a plus
