Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or any subject related to our industry
- At least 10 years' experience as a factory Manager in Molasses industry
- Excellent communications skills and negotiations skills.
- Continuous improvement experience
- Ability to work under pressure.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- BS.c degree in marketing or any related Field
- At least 10 years' experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in Molasses industry
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command in English and computer.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Have a car
Production Manager
Qualifications & Skills:
- BS.c degree in Mechatronics engineering
- At least 5 years' experience as a Production Manager in Molasses industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command in English and computer.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing operations and production
- In-depth understanding of production support functions including budgeting, planning, safety and quality.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building and formal presentation skills
